Classical Music Festival Kicks off in Brezice Today

Brežice, 19 June - Dedicated to classical Music, Festival Brezice opens on Wednesday to feature an array of music events at various venues across eastern and northern Slovenia until 18 August. The festival, which has the reputation of one of the finest music events in Europe, will present eleven major concerts and a number of musical artists of world renown. The honorary patron of the festival is once again Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek.
