Slovene and Yugoslav Officials Stress the Importance of Free Trade Agreement

Belgrade, 19 June - A free trade agreement is essential for economic co-operation between Slovenia and Yugoslavia, was the opinion shared by Slovene Economics Minister Tea Petrin and Yugoslav Minister of Foreign Trade Miroljub Labus. The pair, who met on Wednesday in Belgrade as part of the Slovene prime minister's visit to the FRY, made a committment that the next round of negotiations on the accord would be held on 26 June, when the document is also to be initialed.
