2001 Successful for Oil Trader Petrol; Shareholders to Get Dividends of EUR 2.6

Ljubljana, 19 June - Shareholders of the Ljubljana-based Petrol, the largest oil trader in Slovenia, on Wednesday agreed to allocate SIT 1.25bn (EUR 5.5m) of last year's balance sheet profits at SIT 7bn (EUR 31m) for dividends, which will thus total 600 tolars (2.64 euros) per share.
