Labour Ministry's Council for Children Convenes for Maiden Session

Ljubljana, 19 June - The Slovene Labour Ministry has set up the Council for Children, an advisory body of the ministry, which convened for its first-ever session on Wednesday. Council members said they were pleased that someone will finally deal exclusively with the protection of children's rights, while Labour Minister Vlado Dimovski added that the council would also try to promote the protection of children and make the issue more prominent in public debates.
