Timber Companies Are in for Another Tough Year

Maribor, 19 June - Slovene timber industry finished last business year with losses, while the number of employees dropped by more than 900. Moreover, the value added per employee in the timber industry is by one third lower than that in the Slovene economy in general, was said at Wednesday's session of the association of timber companies of the Slovene Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Maribor.
