Ljubljana, 24 June - Slovenia has a new multimillionaire, as a lucky winner, who bought their ticket in the Ljubljana suburb of Fuzine, has won the highest prize money ever paid for a seven in Slovene national lottery's Lotto game, namely SIT 686.8m (EUR 3m).
