Negotiators from Six EU Applicants Positive about Seville Summit

Nicosia, 24 June - The bottom line of the EU summit in Seville is positive, heads of negotiating teams from the Luxembourg group of EU candidates agreed on Monday, as the conclusions open the way for negotiations to be wrapped up this year, while new members could join the EU in 2004, STA was told by Andrej Engelman, who heads the Slovene delegation at the Luxembourg group's meeting in Cyprus.
