Ljubljana Jazz Festival Opens Tonight

Ljubljana, 27 June - The 43th Ljubljana Jazz Festival, one of the oldest festivals in the world, is kicking off on Thursday night with a concert by Slovene jazz pianist Dejan Pecenko and his trio. The main programme, which is to run mostly at the Ljubljana historical open-air venue of Krizanke, will include appearances by nine foreign and domestic jazz bands, as well as an accompanying exhibition of jazz photography.
