Helios Shareholders Agree on Dividends of EUR 4.42 a Share

Domžale, 27 June - Shareholders of Slovene chemical industry giant Helios took the decision on Thursday that SIT 219.9m (EUR 971,900) of the company's balance sheet profits at SIT 3.46bn (EUR 15.2m) is to be allocated for dividends. Each share is to receive SIT 1,000 (EUR 4.42) of gross dividends.
