Banka Vipa to Merge with Slovenia's Fourth Bank
Nova Gorica, 28 June - Slovenia's eleventh largest bank Banka Vipa is to be annexed to fourth bank Abanka, was confirmed by Vipa's shareholders at Thursday's assembly. The two banks agreed on the merger already on 25 April and the annexation is supposed to take place on 31 December.
