Ljubljana, 29 June - Slovenia celebrated National Day on Tuesday, which was marked by a ceremony addressed by President Milan Kucan in Ljubljana on Monday evening. The parliament convened for a special session, attended by the president and Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek, who earlier flew back from Brussels where he met top European Commission officials. The government decided after the holiday to buy a cheaper jet and an extra helicopter instead of the much disputed Falcon 900 EX.
