Slovenia has been Approached with U.S. ICC Initiative, No Decision as Yet

Ljubljana, 13 August - Slovenia has been approached with the U.S. initiative for the conclusion of a bilateral agreement that would be aimed at preventing U.S. citizens from being prosecuted in its jurisdictions by the International Criminal Court (ICC), the Slovene Foreign Ministry confirmed on Tuesday. The ministry said that it has made no decision on the issue, as it will need more time to study the initiative.
