Bled, 4 November - It was a sad day for Russia on Monday as the men's team lost almost all of the advantage it had before the ninth round of the 35th Chess Olympiad started at Bled. Not even the world's finest, Garry Kasparov, could save his country from the very focussed Hungarian team.
