Invitations from The Hague Should not be Refused, Daily Advises PM and President

Ljubljana, 5 November - The co-operation of an individual country, its institutions or any individual with The Hague international tribunal on war crimes in the former Yugoslavia is not a question of free will, but a legal obligation, daily Dnevnik observes. The decision, whether Slovenian PM Janez Drnovsek and President Kucan testify in The Hague or not, is not in their hands, no matter how convinced they are they cannot help the tribunal, Dnevnik states in Tuesday's issue.
