Triglav Surrenders Legal Battle against Insurance Watchdog

Ljubljana, 5 November - The largest Slovenian insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav has not filed an appeal against the Agency for Insurance Supervision at the Supreme Court by the Monday midnight deadline, said the company on Tuesday. According to the new chairman of the board Milan Tomazevic, there are no more reasons for an appeal against the agency's decision to oust former Triglav chairwoman Nada Klemencic, as Klemencic and former member of the board Joze Obersnel stepped down on 18 October.
