STRASBOURG - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is to take part in a session of ministerial boards of the Council or Europe.

ZAGREB - Slovenian Interior Minister Rado Bohinc is to meet with his Croatian counterpart Sime Lucin to sign an agreement on cross-border police co-operation at 1 PM.

LJUBLJANA - A two-day regional conference on the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for Southeastern Europe is to kick off at 9.15 AM. The event is to be opened by Slovenian Justice Minister Ivan Bizjak, Head of the European Commission Delegation to Slovenia Erwan Fouere, U.S. Ambassador Johnny Young, and British Ambassador Hugh Mortimer. Slovenian PM Janez Drnovsek is also expected to attend.
