Kucan Ends Talks with ICTY Officials

Ljubljana, 6 November - Slovenian President Milan Kucan concluded two-day talks with officials of the Hague-based International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Wednesday. Kucan was asked to talk to the ICTY officials to highlight the political circumstances that had led to the break-up of the former Yugoslavia and war on its territory, the president's office said.
