Ljubljana, 7 November - The upcoming NATO summit in Prague will represent the Alliance's turning-point, not only beacuse of NATO expansion but also because of other historic decisions to be taken at the meeting, Rok Kosirnik, defence adviser at Slovenia's permanent mission to NATO said Thursday in Ljubljana.
