Ljubljana, 8 November - A major problem of Slovenia's health sector is a poor organisation of hospitals, which is demonstrated by a shortage of doctors and irrational distribution of funds, Health Minister Dusan Keber said at Friday's meeting with directors of Slovenian hospitals.
