Russia Wins Chess Olympiad

Bled, 10 November - Russia became the winner of the 35th Chess Olympiad at Bled within 15 minutes of the game with Yugoslavia in the 14th and very last round. As all boards drew, Russia totalled its points at 38.5. Hungary had no means of catching up anymore, as Peter Leko drew on board one with Ye Jiangchuan of China.
