Mandatory Testing for Chloramphenicol in Milk to Be Introduced Soon

Ljubljana, 11 November - The Slovenian Veterinary Administration (VURS) is about to give out a decision that every milk producer will have to analyse milk at least once a month for the presence of the antibiotic Chloramphenicol, which has been recently detected in milk from 16 Slovenian collection routes, VURS director Zoran Kovac told STA.
