GlaxoSmithKline Files Lawsuit Against Lek

Ljubljana, 13 November - The pharmaceutical multinational GlaxoSmithKline has filed a lawsuit with a U.S. court against Slovenia's drug maker Lek for pattern violation, a Slovenian business daily reports on Wednesday. According to Finance, GlaxoSmithKline is suing Lek because of Lek's antibiotic Amoksiklav, a generic version of Glaxo's blockbuster drug Augmentin.
