Two Retailers to Join to Catch Up with Mercator

Ljubljana, 13 November - A decision on a friendly takeover of retailer Vele by the retailer Zivila Kranj, is expected to be made at Thursday's meeting of shareholders. If the proposal by the supervisory board and the management receives the go-ahead from the shareholders, this could pave the way for establishing a second-largest retailer in Slovenia.
