Lek Confirms GlaxoSmithKline Lawsuit
Ljubljana, 14 November - The Ljubljana-based drug maker Lek confirmed on Thursday that the pharmaceutical multinational GlaxoSmithKline has filed a lawsuit against Lek for alleged patent violations in the production of the antibiotic Amoksiklav, a generic version of GlaxoSmithKline's Augmentin.
