Gov't Adopts Programme Aiming to Cut Jobless Rate by 7 Percent

Ljubljana, 14 November - The Slovenian government adopted an action plan that aims to provide assistance for those who find it difficult to get a job. The labour ministry is confident that the 2003 policy of active employment would help cut the number of unemployed in Slovenia by seven percent to around 93,200 persons by the end of next year.
