Cartel Dealing with Car Thefts and Robberies Tracked Down
Kranj, 14 November - The police have pressed charges against nine persons suspected of committing major car thefts and robberies. The suspects are believed to make part of a criminal cartel operating all across Slovenia, the Kranj police told a news conference on Thursday.
