Delo: Circumcision the Russian Way

Ljubljana, 15 November - Russian President Vladmir Putin's recent suggestion that a reporter questioning his country's policy in Chechnya should get circumcised echoes in Friday's edition of the daily Delo. The paper suggests that although inexcusable, Putin's statement was understandable, as the war in Chechnya is the weak spot of Russia and its president.
