Delo Comments on UN Mission to Bosnia

Ljubljana, 18 November - It will not be easy for Europe when it takes over the three-year mandate of peacekeeping and reconstruction in Bosnia and Herzegovina from the UN at the end of the year. As the UN Secretary General has often said, this mandate has been "one of the most difficult and painful in the history of the UN", the daily Delo observes in Monday's edition.
