Ljubljana's Grand Hotel Union Gets New Majority Owner

Ljubljana, 18 November - Financial company AC Kapital has become the majority owner of Ljubljana-based Grand Hotel Union, as it acquired 44.67 percent of the hotel in a takeover bid that offered SIT 2,500 (EUR 10.9) per share. Combined with the stake it held before placing the bid, AC Kapital now owns 56.33 percent of Hotel Union.
