Bid for Lek Shares Closes

Ljubljana, 18 November - Swiss pharmaceutical Novartis has already acquired more than ninety percent of the Slovenian drug maker Lek, as its bid for Lek shares ran out midday on Monday, Slovenian daily Finance wrote today quoting unofficial sources. An official go-ahead to the takeover is expected this week from the anti-trust office.
