PRAGUE - Slovenian President Milan Kucan is to attend a dinner prior to the NATO summit in Prague, held for heads of state by the Aspen Institute from Berlin.

STRASSBOURG - The European Parliament is to conclude its session and adopt the EU candidates progress reports and the framework enlargement strategy. The session is also attended by Slovenian MPs.
