Slovenia's Metal Industry Is Doing Better than That in Europe

Ljubljana, 20 November - Metal industry production in the first nine months of this year reached last year's figures, but it was substantially lower than in 1999 and 2000. Given the current situation on the European market, it is only logical that such growth can no longer be expected, Marko Mirnik, secretary at the Metal Industry Association at the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has said.
