Novartis Acquires 99.07 Percent of Lek Shares

Ljubljana, 21 November - Swiss pharmaceutical Novartis acquired 99.07 percent of shares in Slovenian drug maker Lek in a takeover bid running out on 18 November, Novartis's subsidiary Servipharm, which purchased the shares, said on Thursday. According to Servipharm, the bid has succeeded.
