New Owner to Sustain Lek's Development, Says Novartis Generics CEO

Basel, 21 November - Novartis is very pleased with the result of its takeover bid on Slovenian pharma stock Lek, wrote Novartis Generics' executive director Christian Seiwald in a press release on Thursday. The bid was successful, according to the Slovenian Securities Agency, as over 99 percent of Lek stockholders accepted the offer.
