Basketball: Slovenia Cruises by England in EC Qualifier

Litija, 23 November - The Slovenian national basketball team cruised to victory against England in the seventh round of Group E qualifiers for the 2003 European Championships played in Litija on Saturday. The Slovenian team took the lead half way through the first quarter and never looked back, winning the game 104:71 (26:20, 60:30, 78:48).
