13th LIFFe: "Kingfisher" Flies to Argentina, Lands on "Saturday"

Ljubljana, 24 November - The Argentinean film "Saturday" by Juan Villegas is the winner of the 13th Ljubljana International Film Festival (LIFFe). Villegas's debut feature was selected by an international jury, and received a Kingfisher Award, which has been conferred for the seventh year in a row. The festival's audience also chose their favourite, "The Magdalene Sisters" by Peter Mullan.
