EU Convention Presidency Backs Candidates' Participation, Says Peterle

Ljubljana, 25 November - The presidency of the EU's Convention on the Future of the EU has already started dealing with the status of EU candidates in the Convention after they sign accession treaties, the candidates' representative on the presidency, Slovenian MP Lojze Peterle said Monday. He pointed out that none of the presidency members has made an attempt to exclude candidates from this forum.
