Slovenia's NATO Entry is Ultimately an Anti-American Move, Says Zizek

Ljubljana, 25 November - The Americans no longer need NATO; they are only interested in ad hoc coalitions. In their new strategy, NATO is more an obstacle than an aid, Slovenian philosopher Slavoj Zizek told the political weekly Mladina. The American empire is already facing a crisis, noted Zizek, one of the most internationally acclaimed Slovenian intellectuals.
