Slovenian Insurance Companies Are Still Too Weak, Expert Says

Ljubljana, 27 November - The idea of the Zavarovalnica Triglav insurer becoming the first Slovenian multinational has got to do with megalomania rather than fantasy. "Even with a capital injection and the co-operation of a middle-sized bank, Triglav would still remain a middle-sized insurer that would hardly find its place among multinationals," Miroslav Koncina, an expert in the insurance business, told the daily Dnevnik.
