Deisinger Rebuffs Claims of Inefficiency in Judiciary

Ljubljana, 27 November - The President of Slovenia's Supreme Court Mitja Deisinger rebuffed criticism directed at the judiciary by the Justice Ministry. Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, Deisinger said that court backlogs in Slovenia cannot be attributed to the judiciary, which is doing its work reliably.
