Lafarge Perlmooser Owns Nearly 100% of Slovenian Cement Factory

Trbovlje, 28 November - Austrian company Lafarge Perlmooser succeeded in its bid for an additional 38.1 percent of the shares of the cement factory Cementarna Trbovlje, the company said Thursday. Together with the 61.5-percent share of Cementarna which Lafarge purchased in spring, the company now owns 99.8 percent of the Trbovlje-based cement works.
