Novartis Takeover of Lek Gets Final Stamp of Approval
Ljubljana, 6 December - Although the takeover has already been completed, Swiss pharmaceutical group Novartis got the last official approval for its acquisition of Slovenian drug-maker Lek on Friday. The Slovenian Competition Protection Office made its permission for the takeover official by publishing it in the Official Gazette.
