Communist Dissident and Independence Fighter Joze Pucnik Dies

Ljubljana, 12 January - The honorary president of the opposition Social Democrats (SDS) Joze Pucnik died last night at the age of 70, the party said on Sunday. Former communist regime dissident, Pucnik was one of the leading initiators for Slovenia's independence.
