Interior Ministry Rejects Manipulation with Corruption Allegations

Ljubljana, 6 February - The Interior Ministry has rejected all allegations that it has manipulated with allegations that it is possible to get Slovenian citizenship through bribing. The employee acted in line with the law and the code of conduct when she informed the police about an attempted bribe, the ministry said Thursday, referring to allegations that head of the Helsinki Monitor of Slovenia (HMS) Neva Miklavcic Predan has tried to bribe an employee to get citizenship for a Romany family.
