Maribor, 27 February - Constitutional changes seem to have pushed the parliamentary constitution commission onto extremely slippery grounds this time, as some lawmakers thought that, alongside a decision to join the EU, Slovenia's right to resign from the membership should be included in the Constitution, says Thursday's edition of the daily Vecer.
