Gorenje Exceeds Earnings Forecasts by 3.3 Percent

Velenje, 28 February - Home appliance maker Gorenje, one of Slovenia's biggest exporters, has reported net earnings of SIT 3.9bn (EUR 16.84m) for 2002. The Velenje-based company has thus exceeded 2001 earnings by 21.8 percent and its own forecasts by 3.3 percent, the company said.
