Ljubljana, 14 October - Since good governance is crucial for companies, it is important that managers and supervisory board members hold joint discussions on the topic and present examples of good governance, head of the Manager Association, Nova Ljubljanska banka chairman Marko Voljc, told Tuesday's debate on corporate governance.
