Kopac Attends Meeting of EU Counterparts

Luxembourg, 27 October - Environment Minister Janez Kopac on Monday attended a session of the EU council on the environment where the EU environment ministers passed a directive on limiting emissions of volatile organic compounds from organic solvents in paints, varnishes and vehicle refinishing products.
