Delo: "Risky Battle with the State"

Ljubljana, 28 October - On Saturday morning the head of Russia's largest oil producer, Yukos, Mikhail Khodorkovsky was detained in a lightning action. Khodorkovsky is accused of tax evasion and theft of state property amounting to around 1 billion U.S. dollars. Meanwhile, the argument of commentators that Khodorkovsky's arrest is actually linked to his funding of opposition parties is somewhat weak, Delo writes.
