Administration Institute Says CPO Ruling on Breweries Null

Ljubljana, 29 October - The ruling by the Competition Protection Office (CPO) that there had been no consolidation between brewer Pivovarna Lasko and its Ljubljana-based rival Pivovarna Union, since Lasko holds less than a 50-percent stake in Union, is null, an independent opinion issued by the Public Administration Institute claims.
